1: Copyright

Material on this website, including text and images, is protected by copyright. It may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any infringement of these rights will be treated seriously.

2: Disclaimer

Bodkin Beak has made every effort to reproduce colours and textures as accurately as possible in the images of products that appear in the shop, but cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Due to the handmade nature of the products, there may be very slight variations.

3: Payment

Payment in the shop is through Stripe. See link for Stripe’s security practices:

4: Delivery

I aim to post out orders within 3 working days from receipt of order. I use Royal Mail first class large letter post and use recycled or recyclable packaging materials.

5: Returns

I hope you will love your Bodkin Beak products! If the goods arrive and are damaged or faulty please let me know by email: within 48 hours and I will arrange a replacement.
If you’re returning your order for any other reason, you are entitled to a full refund (minus the postage) if the item is returned ‘as new’ in its original saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Please make sure that you look at your order on arrival and are happy with your products before disposing of its packaging. To arrange the return of an item please email me: info@bodkinbeak.co.uk with your name and address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty (providing you notify me of any faults within 7 days of receipt). Retain your proof of posting, as I cannot be held responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit.
Please give us up to two weeks to process your refund or exchange.
